The Mike Slive Foundation endeavors to become a global leader in the fight to eradicate prostate cancer through public awareness, early detection and research funding in memory of my father, Mike Slive, a transformative leader whose vision and leadership revolutionized the business of college sports. Our goal is to channel the momentum of my father’s life’s work in support of pioneering prostate cancer research and educational programs.
All donation levels will offer options to participate in the event in some capacity. Our current plans are to host Beyond Blue in-person on Thursday, November 11th at 6pm (doors open at 5:30pm) at the new Protective Life Stadium Club. Should we need to adjust our event plans due to the COVID-19 health crisis, we will communicate those changes by late October 2021.

Individual Supporter Donation Levels

BUILDER – $10,000

A Builder helps fund our national outreach programs to raise awareness of the importance of screening and early detection like Block Cancer.

Benefits include 8 tickets to Beyond Blue on November 11, 2021; logo all digital materials, as well as Beyond Blue website and social media, including clickable links to your website, and recognition on all digital platforms used throughout the event.

MVP – $5,000

An MVP helps fund an entire free event-based PSA test screening initiative.

Benefits include six (6) tickets to Beyond Blue on November 11, 2021; Name listed on Beyond Blue website and social media, and recognition on all digital platforms used throughout the event.

GAME CHANGER – $2,500

A Game Changer helps fund a community-based education and outreach programs to raise awareness about the importance of screening and early detection in 26 underserved counties across Alabama.

Benefits include four (4) tickets to Beyond Blue on November 11, 2021; Name listed on Beyond Blue website and social media, and recognition on all digital platforms used throughout the event.

COMMISSIONER’S CIRCLE – $1,000

A Commissioner’s Circle donation funds 50 free PSA blood tests at a screening event.

Benefits include two (2) tickets to Beyond Blue on November 11, 2021; Name listed on Beyond Blue
website and recognition on digital platforms used throughout the event.

FRIEND OF MIKE – $500

A Friend of Mike funds 25 free PSA blood tests at a screening event.

Benefits include two (2) tickets to Beyond Blue on November 11, 2021; Name listed on Beyond Blue
website and recognition on digital platforms used throughout the event.

THE NON-TAX DEDUCTIBLE PORTION OF YOUR GIFT IS $60.00 PER TICKET included with your giving level. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REDUCE OR REMOVE THE NUMBER OF TICKETS you will receive. Ticket sales are non-refundable. In the case the in-person portion of the event is cancelled due to COVID, we will re-issue your donation receipt to reflect the full value of your tax-deductible gift.
