I understand that C King Benefit Auctions, LLC, Auctioneer, is not liable for missed bids, bids not entered into the bidding or any representation of items that I am bidding on by use of this form. If I am the successful bidder, I understand that a representative from The Mike Slive Foundation will phone me at conclusion of the auction. If I am unreachable at the phone numbers on this form, my credit card will be charged for the purchase. I further understand that I am responsible for picking up or arranging pickup of my items within 24 hours of conclusion of this auction.
